Apartamentos Gemelos Beninter

The Gemelos 2 apartments in Benidorm are part of a residential complex located in the center of the Levante Beach, area, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and pubs all nearby. Close to the Europa Avenue, five minutes walk to the center of Benidorm and only 450m to the beach.

The complex has two buildings with 24 floors each with spacious common areas, including solarium, 4 lifts per building, tennis courts (with supplement), free indoor parking ( subject to availability), 24 hour surveillance cameras in public areas and a porter throughout the day. For the summer months there are swimming pools for adults and children.

APARTMENTS

RENOVATED IN 2016 The apartments have either 1 Bedroom (total 50 m2) or 2 Bedrooms (total 70 m2). They have a large 12m2 glazed terrace/balcony overlooking the swimming pool and beach (450m away). The living room is equipped with a plasma television , air conditioning and heating.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron. Safety deposit box. All apartments include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

On your arrival you may occupy the apartments isbetween 11am and 1:30pm and you must leave the apartment by 11am. Your departure time can be extended until 8pm , paying a supplement, subject to availability. The €200 deposit: The 200 euro deposit should be paid one week before your arrival. We will send you a link from BBVA bank (Redsys.es) by email and by SMS for this payment. The deposit refund wil be made on the same credit card that it was charged to, 7 days after your departure, at the most, if there were no incidents. FREE Pets are allowed up to 5 kilos. FREE Cot available until 2 years. They are subject to availability and only confirmed on arrival.
