Cancellations Guest will be free if they are made 7 days before the day of Check in. In the event that the cancellation is made within 7 days before Check in, a penalty of 2 nights will be applied.

No SHOW 100% of the stay is invoiced. (Very important before the NO SHOW, hotel will release the dates on part for sale within 24 hours after the day of entry, unless prior notice of any setback on part in writing.

IMPORTANT: There is NO RECEPTION SERVICE so customers must contact the property with a minimum of 72 hours before their check in (3 days before) the contact phone number +34610248187 via Whatsapp message to inform the online traveler registration and access to the establishment. No customer will be able to access an establishment if they have not made their Travelers Registration, which is mandatory by Regulations.

IMPORTANT:
Check in time: From 15.00 hours to 20.00 hours (Local Canarian Time). Any ticket that requires face-to-face assistance after these hours will pay an extra charge directly at the time of check in. Check Out Time: At 10.00 am (Local Canarian Time). If customers want a Late Check out at the latest until 6:00 p.m. it must be requested directly from the property and this will always be subject to the availability and for additional charge payable directly at the establishment once confirmed.
