Picasso Apartments Fincas Benidorm

The apartments Picasso are situated on a hill side within walking distance to the touristic centre with its large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. This complex services include a lobby with reception (open limited hours), lift, TV room, bar-café, swimming pool, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, parking. All the apartments have TV (extra charge), kitchen with fridge and basic kitchen utensils, complete bathroom (bath/shower) and balcony.

**Apartments with 1 bedroom: Sofa Bed for the 3rd/4th person.

IMPORTANT! The keys will be collected at: Monday to Friday in Fincas Benidorm Office (Av. Madrid, 23) from 04:30 PM to 08:00 PM Apartamentos Don Gregorio (Calle Roma Nº8) from 08:00 PM to 3:30 AM Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays in Aptos Don Gregorio (Calle Roma nº8) from 04:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Cleaning, change of towels and linnen: once a week. (for stays of 7 nights, cleaning only in departure day included, there will be no cleaning during the stay)

• Deposit must be left with a bank card: Visa or Mastercard (MAESTRO or others will not be valid.) A pre-authorization will be carried out. maximum of one week after check-out, as long as the client has left the accommodation in the same conditions in which it was delivered, has returned all the keys, TV accessories or others and has complied with the rules of good behavior. IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TO LEAVE THE DEPOSIT IN CASH.

In the event that the deposit cannot be left with a card, the client will not be able to access the apartment and the cost of the reservation will be 100%.
