Facilities and services include bar, coffee shop, swimming pool, parking (extra charge), elevator, wireless Internet access (extra charge), billiard and table tennis.

Apartments feature kitchenette, fridge, living area, sofa bed, microwave, coffee/tea maker, heating, TV, safe (extra charge), wireless Internet access (extra charge), hairdryer, bathroom and balcony/terrace.

IMPORTANT: Office opening time table from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Check in from 16:00 to 19:00, check out from 09:00 to 11:00. If the arrival will be out of reception working hours or Sundays, please contact to the hotel at least 2 days before the arrival. If the hotel is not informed about late/early arrival, the hotel do not guaranty check in outside reception hours.

Please note that some of the above facilities may be closed due to weather / seasonal conditions.

Cleaning: once a week. (for stays of 7 nights, cleaning only in departure day included, there will be no cleaning during the stay)

An indemnity deposit is to be paid locally upon arrival (about 150EUR). Deposit will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay.
