Comprising 12 units in 3 low rise houses, built in 2002 and extended in 2010. The hotel features reception, TV lounge, Internet corner, garden with sun beds, umbrellas,shower, beach of Lothiarika with shower, tavern, sun beds and umbrellas on the beach (extra charge).

All studios have kitchenette, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, satellite TV, safety box, bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and balcony or terrace.
