The 500 m² 'Finca Art 9' welcomes you in Ses Salines in the south of Mallorca. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of Cabrera. The stylishly furnished country house with sea and mountain views consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and accommodates 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine and Smart-TV. A highchair and baby crib are available upon request and for a fee of 5 per night. The highlight of the finca is the spacious outdoor area. Here you can expect two pools: a large outdoor pool for swimming and a whirlpool for relaxing. On the open and covered terrace you can enjoy carefree hours. Here you will find sun loungers and parasols as well as a large dining table. Several restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached in 11 minutes by car (6 km) in the center of Ses Salines, three supermarkets in 10 minutes by car (7 km) in the village of Santanyí. In the town of Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find several sandy beaches (about 18 minutes by car, 12 km). To Palma airport you need 42 minutes by car (47 km) and to El Arenal 36 minutes by car (39 km).

Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed.
