Livingroom with kitchen. Cable-TV, washing machine, drying cupboard, because of the fire hazard, it´s not allowed to use the fireplace, balcony (not snowcleared), elevator available in the house, no parking.

For the following weeks/periods, this lodging is reserved for downhill skiers in our ski area: weekend of calendar week 2, week 3-5, weekend of calendar week 6, week 13 (2024), week 14 (2023) and weekend of calendar week 17. This means that you need to book Ski Passes for all guests (7 years and older), for at least the duration of your stay, at the time of booking.

Access to free Wi-Fi (possible interruptions on part of the broadband provider reserved).

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Age limit for booking and accommodation is 18 years, The distance to the lift/slopes may vary, depending on the snow conditions.
