During the renovation, care was taken to preserve the typical Istrian flair. The house has all modern appliances and original charm. On the first floor you will find the living room with dining room and the kitchen with a traditional Istrian fireplace, where you can prepare the delicious dish 'ispod peke' or on colder days enjoy the crackling of the fire as you wait for the Istrian soup to slowly finish simmering. From the living room a staircase takes you to bedroom 2, which is ideal for parents with small children, as they can access bedroom 1 directly from here. The third bedroom is located 10 meters from the main entrance, next to the pool. The Parenzana bike path passes by the house and will take you on an exciting journey through the beautiful countryside, through tunnels, over bridges and to beautiful places with great panoramic views. Highly recommended for children families is the aquapark Istralandia near the accommodation.
