The cottage is located at the foot of Skogshorn (1,728 m.a.s.l.) with ideal hiking and biking trails. In winter there are cross-country ski trails right next to the house. For the anglers there are good fishing opportunities just 1 km from the cottage. Experience the waterfall Rjukandefossen, which is located not far from the center of Hemsedal. We also recommend a trip to the stave church Borgund (12th century) and further to the village Lærdalsøyri with its listed wooden houses.
