Restaurants, bars and public transport connections can all be found around 100 m away. The railway station is around 7 km from the resort, while Sterpaia Nature Park is roughly 15 km away.

The residence hotel is surrounded by greenery, and divided into 6 villages. This air-conditioned club resort comprises a total of 135 comfortable apartments, suitable as hotel accommodation, as well as for long stays. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception service, as well as a hotel safe. Younger guests will enjoy the children's area/children's garden and kids' club. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar and dine in the restaurant. They can also take advantage of the room service (for an additional fee). Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park.
